Travel Fees
Travel fees are calculated based on the location and size of your event in proximity to our catering kitchen. There is no max travel distance. *For the safety of our event staff, all events 3 hours or more away from our catering kitchen will require overnight accommodations for our Dream Team.

Service Staff fee
We offer all event staffing needs. Kitchen staff, servers, bussers, bartenders, barbacks and more. Flat rate of $200 includes 4 hours of event service time, which also includes time needed for set-up & breakdown. Additional hours of service can be added at $30 an hour, per staff person.

Beverage Packages
Fodrey Catering is licensed to provide/serve all things beverage related EXCEPT for the alcohol itself. Clients are responsible for purchasing any alcohol being served as well as the appropriate ABC license when applicable.
Non-alcoholic Beverage station(self-serve)
Self Service beverage station is offered at a per person cost - which includes water as well as 2 additional dispenser beverages of your choice *Also includes 9ounce clear disposable cups, white beverage napkins and stirrers/assorted sugars when applicable.

Coffee Station
Self Serve hot beverage station offered at a per person cost. Coffee, hot tea or hot cocoa which includes appropriate accoutrements. *includes disposable cups, stirrers, and beverage napkins

Bar Mixer Package
The bar mixer package includes your essential bar juices, sodas, fruit garnishes and all other cocktail ingredients to complete your bar. *clear disposable cups, drink stirrers and white beverage napkins included

Ice Service
Ice service available for events within an hour of our catering kitchen. The fee for ice service will depend on the size of the event & consider all things through the event that will require ice. (water goblets, drink stations, bar drinks, chilling beer/wine etc)
Cocktail hour/Cocktail Parties
Your cocktail menu can be as simple or elaborate as you are envisioning. Stationary hors de oeurves as well as passed are available. Please reach out for a quote on hors de oeurve options.
Dinner
During our phone consultation we will get familiar with what type of menu and level of service that you would be most excited about.
Buffet Style Service
**client responsible for providing tables/linen for buffet Base buffet package includes 2 entrees and 3 sides **Salad and/or bread additional **Premium entrees/sides subject to an upcharge Buffet pricing starts at $24.95 per person

**Family style bowls/platters/baskets needed for family style service are included. **dishware - plates, silverware, glassware, and linen are all rental items the client coordinates with the rental company. Family Style service starts at $32.95 and includes 3 entrees, 3 sides, salad and bread

Plated Dinner Service
*If there is no kitchen for plating dinner, then clients are responsible for providing 3 staging stables for catering team to assemble plates. *Fodrey Catering provides service equipment needed to provide plated service. (server trays, tray jacks, equipment needed for plating) *client responsible for providing/renting dishware, silverware, glassware, linen Your RSVP will list 3-4 entree choices for your guests to select. When confirming the final count we will also collect the tally of each entree. Plated Packages start at $39.99 per person

Dessert
Ask us for suggestions on bakeries for your custom cake/bakery needs! We have several amazingly talented colleagues that you will love! Fodrey Catering offers an assortment of mini desserts/shooters, assorted cookies/brownies/bars, and casserole style desserts like puddings, trifles, and cobblers. Please email us for options/pricing!
Rentals
Fodrey Catering comes prepared with all equipment needed to execute the contracted catering package with the exception of tables. We highly suggest our friends at Party Perfect Event Rentals! Tastings!
Yes! We offer tastings! All clients who BOOK receive 1 complimentary tasting. Do you need to book before the tasting?? NOPE! If you have not officially booked your event, there is a tasting fee of $25 per person for up to 4 attendees. Once you seal the deal with a taste of deliciousness the tasting fee paid gets applied to the catering invoice after booking. **Tastings are only available to potential clients who have had a phone consultation and received a menu proposal, which is what we base the tasting menu off of.
