Amazing food and service- look no further!

From the initial email I knew Jamie was going to be amazing and she didn't disappoint! Super quick and professional, Jamie was willing to help craft a menu that was unique and reflective of our different cultures. She was always positive, always willing to listen to ideas that I had, and always willing to be flexible as I changed my mind a number of times.

The Fodrey team put on a cocktail hour that included a chef station for made to order spring rolls while simultaneously providing delicious latkes and other more traditional cocktail hour fare. For our buffet style meal, we went with an Asian theme- Soy Ginger salmon, kung pao chicken, pork & shrimp fried rice, along with asian garlic green beans and sesame garlic noodles. All of the dishes were a huge hit with our guests and everyone had their plates piled high! Jamie & team also helped us staff our bar, managed the champagne toast, and assisted with cake cutting. They took care of more details than I think I even knew needed to be taken care of and I can't say enough how much they allowed me to not worry about a thing as it related to food and drinks.
